How much does a lead cost?
It depends on your trade and area. The exact price is shown to you before you pay for any individual lead, there's no hidden or estimated figure.
How do I pay for a lead?
You get a payment link on WhatsApp along with the lead details. Pay the link and the lead is yours, along with the customer's full contact details.
How are leads qualified before I see them?
We check that the person owns or is authorised to act on the property, confirm their timeframe, get a rough sense of budget, and attach photos wherever the customer has provided them, all before an enquiry is ever sent out.
Can I change the areas or trades I get sent leads for?
Yes, message us any time to update your coverage or pause it altogether, and it takes effect straight away.
How do I cancel?
There's no subscription to cancel. You simply stop being sent leads if you don't want them any more, no notice period and no fee.
Can I talk to someone directly?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp and if it needs Richard's input directly, we'll bring him into the conversation.
